Location: 411 Horner Avenue, Toronto, ON
Details: 1 Position, Permanent, Part Time

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree or equivalent in Physical Therapy required
• Registered with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario
• Membership in CPA, preferred
• 2 years clinical experience, preferred
• Must be proficient in English
• Good attendance record required
• Laser therapy experience, preferred; however, full training in Low Intensity Laser Therapy will be provided

Key Responsibilities

• Utilizing best practice, provide assessment to determine laser therapy prescription
• Assignment of traditional physiotherapy exercises and stretch following treatment and where appropriate
• Collaborate with team members in an inter-professional environment providing patient focused care
• Communicate effectively with patients, colleagues, and internal/external care providers
• Participate in professional and organizational initiatives supporting quality management and research when required
• Compliance with and commitment to patient safety responsibilities, policies and procedures in order to ensure a safe environment for patients
