Details: 1 Position, Permanent, Full-time

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree (or higher) in Electronic Engineering or related field is preferred;
• 5 years experience in managing and coordinating service and support related operations;
• Experience with medical or regulated electronic systems;
• Experience in troubleshooting electronic systems - thorough knowledge of schematics, electronic components and firmware interactions;
• Excellent interpersonal skills - able to communicate with customers, internal/external sales groups and cross functional team members;
• Creative problem solving skills;
• Strong customer satisfaction orientation;
• Working experience with ISO13485 Quality Management System.

Key Responsibilities

• Provides superior quality support by delivering a consistently high degree of customer service, technical repair expertise, and timeliness ensuring business needs are met with efficiency and integrity
• Effectively manages, coaches, develops and motivates staff. Provides technical guidance and establishes priorities for subordinates' day to day activities
• Monitors workflow and assigns tasks as required; produces repair and customer service reports for senior management
• Ensures that the quality standards for repairs meet and exceed all Canadian, International and internal standards
• Audits processes, operations procedures, product quality and guarantees a safe and healthy working environment for compliance with defined requirements
• Coordinates with Engineering to solve escalated problems and optimize repair process as per requirements
• Works on continuous improvement initiatives/procedures in respective departments (Customer Service/Technical Repair)
